Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca is likely to make several changes to his starting lineup when the Blues take on Azeri outfit Qarabag FK on Wednesday evening.

While their opponents have had a very good start to their Champions League campaign, they have only faced FC Copenhagen, Benfica and Athletic Club so far.

With that in mind, Maresca will probably rest certain players and freshen his team with some who started against Wolves in the Carabao Cup last week.
