Graham Potter’s Chelsea will be looking to continue their season revival with a win over Everton at the weekend – can the Blues keep up their sudden run of good form?

Chelsea’s injury list for their game against Everton is quite extensive – Armando Broja, Thiago Silva and Cesar Azpilicueta have all been ruled out.

Additionally, Mason Mount, Edouard Mendy, Reece James, Raheem Sterling, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and N’Golo Kante are all doubts. Mendy has recently posted an update on Instagram regarding his rehabilitation – however, this is no guarantee that he will feature against the Toffees.

In their last Premier League game, Chelsea defeated Brendan Rodgers’ Leicester City at the King Power Stadium by a score of 3-1. In that game, the Blues’ goals came by the way of Ben Chilwell, Kai Havertz and Mateo Kovacic – Leicester’s solitary goal was scored by Patson Daka.

Meanwhile, Everton were also victorious at the weekend, as they beat Brentford by a score of 1-0. It was a crucial win in the Toffees’ fight to avoid relegation – Dwight McNeil scored the only goal of the game with a thunderous strike.

The last time the two teams met in the Premier League, all the way back in August, Chelsea walked away with the three points. Despite a strong showing from Everton, Jorginho sank the Toffees with a first-half penalty.

As such, Everton will be out for revenge in the reverse fixture. Can Chelsea deny them their redemption? Both clubs badly need points as Dyche’s Everton try to beat the drop and Chelsea look to push on into the European qualification places.
