Chelsea prepare for their fourth game of the season with a trip to Bournemouth on Saturday evening as they return from the international break.
The Blues look to bounce back after a 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace last time out where a goal from Nicolas Jackson was matched by Eberechi Eze from Palace.
Chelsea face a Bournemouth side who have impressed so far remaining unbeaten in their opening three games with two draws and a 3-2 win over Everton last time out.
Enzo Maresca will be hoping that star midfielder Cole Palmer will be fit as he missed the international break with England due to a groin injury.
However, it looks more likely that Palmer will return as he does in our predicted XI for Chelsea.
Enzo Maresca backed to earn his second win of the season
Enzo Maresca’s side are the favourites despite a tricky away destination at a hostile Vitality Stadium. According to Oddschecker, the Blues are 11/10 favourites giving them roughly a 49% chance of victory.
Whereas the Cherries are backed for a home win at 49/20 and a draw at 3/1. We have the Blues winning the game 3-1 in what could be a high-scoring and entertaining affair on Saturday night.
However, with the quality that Bournemouth possess it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility for them to remain unbeaten after four with either a win or a draw.
Where to watch Chelsea vs Bournemouth
The game will be available to watch on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League on Saturday 14 September. The Vitality Stadium in Bournemouth hosts the game which kicks off at 8 pm.
Enzo Maresca hopes that it will be a successful trip to the beach for his side who are still trying to find an identity under the new manager.
