Chelsea manager Frank Lampard will be expecting a good performance from his side when they face a struggling Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge this weekend.

The Cherries have lost five games in a row since they won against Manchester United in early November, and head coach Eddie Howe says his team is struggling with confidence.

Ahead of the fixture, the Blues should be able to welcome back Fikayo Tomori, who sat out the Lille game with a minor hip injury. Olivier Giroud is, however, a doubt for Saturday’s match.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek (Achilles) and Marco van Ginkel (knee) remain sidelined as both players look to continue their rehab from serious injuries.

Bournemouth currently have a full blow injury crisis with no less than nine players on the treatment table after Nathan Ake pulled his hamstring in the 3-0 defeat to Liverpool.

Callum Wilson (thigh), Adam Smith (ankle), Steve Cook (wrist), David Brooks (ankle) and Junior Stanislas (knee) are all ruled out, while Josh King (hamstring) and Lloyd Kelly (thigh) are both major doubts.
