Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy has a release clause which is worth just €17.5m (£15.3m), according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, and Chelsea supporters have been debating whether the Blues should pursue the player.
The Guinea international has been in exceptional form this season, having scored 15 times in just 9 appearances, but fans on X believe Mauricio Pochettino’s side should be looking at other options:

Guirassy is going through a purple patch
Despite the fact that we are only still in October, the 15 goals that the 27-year-old has scored this campaign is the most he has ever recorded in a single season.
Guirassy has consistently scored above double figures over the last few years but he is not someone who has topped the goalscoring charts until now.
Chelsea would, therefore, be taking a risk of signing a striker who may never go through a hot streak in front of goal such as this again.
Chelsea are considering other striker targets
It isn’t known whether the Blues are tracking Guirassy but they are believed to be weighing up a bid for a No.9 when the transfer window reopens in January.
The likes of Napoli’s Victor Osimhen and Brentford’s Ivan Toney are on the club’s radar but they will cost multiple times more than Guirassy. The extra cost would, though, probably be worth it in the long term.
