Chelsea remain interested in signing AC Milan winger Rafael Leao, according to reports in the Italian media.
The Blues have been mentioned as potential suitors on and off over the last two years and Calciomercato.com claim that they are still keeping tabs on the 25-year-old. Fans on X are uncertain whether Leao would be a good addition to Enzo Maresca’s squad:

Chelsea are looking to strengthen the left flank
Respected journalist Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the London club are hoping to reinforce the left-hand side of the front three this summer.
Mykhailo Mudryk is still unavailable due to a provisional ban for a failed drugs test, and Maresca needs an additional option to cover for the Ukrainian.
Leao’s asking price is sizeable
It has been suggested that Milan are open to selling the forward for less than his €175m (£147m) release clause but they may still want around €100m (£84m).
Leao has been in decent form this season, scoring 10 goals and providing 9 assists in 39 appearances. However, his current valuation is pretty steep, considering he isn’t exactly setting the world alight in Italy.
Other reports claim that Chelsea are not the frontrunners at the moment, with Barcelona said to be the most keen on the player, but a lot depends on who is willing to pay the requisite transfer fee.
