Chelsea are keeping close tabs on Como centre-back Jacobo Ramon, according to multiple reports.

The Daily Mail have joined talkSPORT and others in claiming that the 21-year-old is on the Blues’ radar, as the club look to strengthen the centre of defence.

Ramon only joined Como in the summer, but he has already been turning heads with his performances in Serie A.
