1) He’s an ex-Real Madrid player and they have a buyback clause
Ramon was signed by Como from the 15-time European champions for just €2.5m at the end of July last year.
During his time at Real, the centre-back made 21 appearances for their B team, Castilla, as well as playing 6 games for the first team.
Ramon made his debut for the senior side in the group stages of the Champions League against Red Bull Salzburg in January last year.
When they sold the player to Como, Real included a buyback clause worth just €8m (£6.9m), and they will also be owed 50% of any future sale to another team.
