Chelsea have been in “contact” with Federico Chiesa’s agent Fali Ramadani, according to the Gazzetta Dello Sport.
The Italian international has less than a year left on his contract and Juve are expected to let him leave for between €25m (£21m) and €30m (£25m) before the transfer window closes next month. However, fans on X are worried about Chiesa’s fitness and form over recent seasons and they are sceptical about whether the winger would be able to make much of an impact in the Premier League:

Chelsea want to sign a right-footed winger
Respected sources, including journalist Fabrizio Romano, have said that Enzo Maresca’s side want to reinforce their options in wide areas.
Once the deal for Villarreal’s Filip Jorgensen is made official, the Blues are expected to focus their attention on strengthening their forward line, so Chiesa could well be one of the targets under consideration.
There will be competition for Chiesa’s signature
Gazzetta claim that Chiesa’s representative Ramadani has also held talks with Tottenham, while it is believed that Manchester United would be the player’s “preferred destination.”
It is expected that the winger will move before the August 30th deadline. He is not part of Juventus manager Thiago Motta’s first-team plans so a transfer to the Premier League is a genuine possibility.
