Satpaev’s talent was obvious very soon after joining Kairat Almaty’s academy.
He initially joined the Kazakstan Premier League’s youth setup when he was only 8 years of age.
Satpaev made his way up through the youth ranks, impressing coaches with his natural-born ability.
It meant that his development was accelerated so he was training with the club’s first team before turning 16.
