The 19 year old who has already made his senior debut, is under contract until 2017. Chelsea will be looking to extend that deal and turn the U19 England international into a strong competitor who can help Matic step up his game.

Being so appreciated by the Portuguese boss means a lot given the fact that the Blues have the most players out on loan in all of Europe.
