It seemed to be a turning point for Enzo Maresca’s side who have faced much criticism this summer due to the sheer number of players that have signed and now have in their squad.
Despite that, they look to be strong with plenty of attacking prowess and ability which will give Chelsea fans the confidence that they can get back into the top four this season.
Furthermore, they completed the signing of Jadon Sancho on transfer deadline day after Raheem Sterling left on loan to Arsenal.
The Blues have however lost Romeo Lavia, Reece James and more to injury which could prove to be an obstacle as they aim to overcome a Crystal Palace side who come off two consecutive losses.
