Chelsea star hoping for big success in Italy

Chelsea defender Ola Aina says he is hoping for big success in Italy after completing his loan-move to Torino.

The 21-year-old was shipped out to Serie A yesterday only days after signing a new three-year deal at Stamford Bridge.

Aina spent last season in the Championship with Hull City, where he made 46 appearances in all competitions.

And the youngster is now excited to get the latest chapter in his career started.

Speaking to Torino’s official website, Aina said: “Torino has been following me for some time, I hope to do well.

“I know this is a club that believes in young people and this is very important.

“In Italy I know that I can learn a lot, especially in the ability to be in the field, because the tactics and organisation of play are essential.

“I really want to experience this new experience to the full.”

“Now it’s my turn, I cannot wait to get started.”

Aina is just one of a number of Chelsea stars who have left the club on-loan over the last few days.

Striker Michy Batshauyi went to Juventus, while Tiemoue Bakayoko joined AC Milan for the season only a year after completing a £40 million move to Stamford Bridge from AS Monaco.
