Chelsea starlet Charly Musonda looks to have hit out at the the club on Instagram, raging at his lack of chances under Antonio Conte.

The 20-year-old is a highly rated forward at the club who is destined for a big future in football, but Chelsea’s policy with youth is often the same old story – continuous loans away until the player becomes fed up and departs.

What is beginning to sound like an all too familiar story at Stamford Bridge is even more frustrating with Musonda due to his clearly massive potential. And the Belgian took to his personal Instagram page to make his frustrations of his lack of game time heard.

The youngster posted a completely blank image, with the caption saying: “You sacrifice, you work hard, harder, you give more than what’s expected and often more than you can, because you love what you do and clearly more than you should.”

“And what do you get back? Literally nothing… done.”

“However, with this being said I will continue with same dedication and commitment to this great game.”

The post seems like a direct dig at his employers Chelsea, who seem persistent on buying new players instead of promoting from within their ranks.

Hopefully Chelsea see sense and realise the potential of Musonda, giving him more game time and slowly but surely edging him into the first team picture.
