Chelsea Preparing For Cech’s Exit

Chelsea are set to make one last transfer as the Premier League is just a few weeks away. It seems that Courtois’s return has determined some pretty important changes. The most important one refers to Cech who seems keen on leaving. The Blues’ number 1 is not looking forward to becoming a substitute for the Belgian youngster who would have never returned if Mourinho hadn’t offered him a spot in the starting line-up.

Real have given Lopez approval to leave after things with Casillas seem to have settled down. The Spaniard will probably be once again the number one goalkeeper on Bernabeu after his fallout with the club’s management. Lopez is too costly to keep and will leave as soon as he finds a new destination. Mourinho sees Lopez as the perfect replacement for Cech who is not willing to take his chances against Courtois.

Lopez who is now 32 will not cost the Blues a thing and will probably move to London as soon as Real sign World Cup sensation, Keylor Navas. According to Metro, Chelsea will also wait for Cech’s situation to clear out as PSG and Monaco have been linked to the Czech international. It is going to be a tough choice for Mourinho who has to let one of Chelsea’s most iconic players go. The keeper has spent an impressive 10 years at Stamford Bridge where he has made 326 Premier League appearances so fas.
