Goalkeeper and Defence
GK – Robert Sanchez – the Spaniard remains the de facto number one with Filip Jorgensen still recovering from groin surgery.
RB – Malo Gusto – with Reece James unavailable, the 22-year-old could have a long run in the starting eleven.
CB – Wesley Fofana – the centre-back has not had a great season, but Rosenior is limited in terms of his options in the middle of defence.
CB – Tosin Adarabioyo – With Trevoh Chalobah ruled out, and Benoit Badiashile not fully fit either, it is a straight choice between Tosin and Mamadou Sarr. The 28-year-old should win the battle based on experience.
LB – Marc Cucurella – despite his criticism of the club during the international break, the left-back is set to return to the starting lineup.
