Goalkeeper and Defence
GK – Robert Sanchez – the Spaniard has been the most consistent he has been since he joined Chelsea from Brighton nearly two and a half years ago.
RB – Malo Gusto – the fullback has improved massively after a very slow start to the season.
CB – Tosin Adarabioyo – Wesley Fofana could be rested, and it means either the 28-year-old or Benoit Badiashile could be recalled to the starting eleven.
CB – Trevoh Chalobah – the centre-back is in excellent form at the moment, and his presence at the back gives the Blues a solid foundation.
LB – Marc Cucurella – the defender didn’t manage to lock down Bukayo Saka to the same extent he did with Lamine Yamal but he never shirks a challenge.
