GK – Filip Jorgensen – Rosenior refused to back Sanchez as his number one at his pre-match press conference, so that may suggest that he could be dropped in favour of the Dane.
RB – Reece James – the captain is still a doubt with a hip problem, but there’s optimism that he will be available for the weekend.
CB – Tosin Adarabioyo – the 28-year-old’s aerial ability will be needed against Brentford.
CB – Trevoh Chalobah – both centre-backs will have their work cut out dealing with their opponent’s direct style of play.
LB – Marc Cucurella – the Spaniard is one of the first names on the teamsheet, and that is unlikely to change under Rosenior.
