Goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois is in third consecutive loan season at Atletico from Chelsea and he recently helped the club to a remarkable league title ahead of highly fancied Barcelona and Real Madrid. The Spanish outfit are also in contention for an unprecedented double as they contest the Champions League final next week against arch-rivals Real Madrid.

The 22-year-old is due to return back to Stamford Bridge this summer but is still unsure what the future holds, according to a report by talkSPORT. Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho wants to bring him back to London in the summer but Courtois reportedly wants first-team football.

He said, “I’m not sure yet. We’ll see what happens. First of all, we’ve still got an important game next week and then afterwards it’s the World Cup. I don’t think it’s the proper time to think about the future. My contract is with Chelsea so we will see what happens.”
