Goalkeeper and Defence

GK – Filip Jorgensen – 9/10 – made several great saves to ensure his team kept a clean sheet. He is putting pressure on Robert Sanchez for Premier League starts.

RB – Axel Disasi – 5/10 – Paul Wanner just went straight past him with the ball for Heidenheim’s best first-half chance. Summed up the defender’s night.

CB – Tosin Adarabioyo – 6/10 – had a good chance to score from a free kick and got his team on the front foot with some good passing.

CB – Benoit Badiashile – 5/10 – didn’t exude confidence at the back as Heidenheim pushed for an equaliser in the second half. Needs to improve his consistency.

LB – Renato Veiga – 7/10 – looked comfortable playing as the inverted fullback, helping out the midfield as and when needed.
