An image that purportedly shows the design of Chelsea’s 2025/26 home kit has been shared online.
Footyheadlines usually receive accurate information about new shirt designs months in advance of their release and they partnered with designer RodeKits to create a mock-up of what they think the new jersey will look like. Fans on X are not that impressed by what manufacturers Nike have come up with:
Nike designs are horrendous.

Our leaked kits look awful but in reality they look better, same thing might apply with this leaked kit as well

It’s kind of basic, but I don’t mind that. As long as it looks good and we have some decent away kits too

The new shirt is very by the numbers
Nike have been criticised for overly elaborate patterns on previous shirts, so this new design does seem like a back-to-basics approach.
The only notable features are the white trimming and the collar, which seems to be white on only one side for an asymmetrical look.
At the moment, there is no shirt sponsor either, and that is down to the fact that the club have yet to finalise a new deal with interested parties. It was reported back in September that talks have been held with Qatar Airways and two other companies, but no agreement has been reached.
When will the 25/25 Chelsea home kit go on sale?
Based on when kits were released in previous seasons, it looks like fans will only be able to purchase the next home shirt in July or August next year. That’s a long time to wait.
