Chelsea Loan Star Has ‘Multiple Offers’ To Leave The Club

Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko has “multiple offers” to leave the Blues this summer, according to Calciomercato.com.

The Italian website reports that AC Milan have opted against triggering their option to sign the Frenchman for €35m after a difficult loan spell in Italy.

Bakayoko struggled for form initially before becoming a key first-team player. However, he has once again fallen out of favour in recent weeks after run-ins with manager Gennaro Gattuso.

Chelsea will reportedly consider their options once the 24-year-old returns to Stamford Bridge at the end of the Serie A season.

The long-term injury to Ruben Loftus-Cheek and the doubts over Mateo Kovacic’s future mean Bakayoko could yet have a future at the London club, especially with the transfer ban remaining in place.

Manager Maurizio Sarri didn’t take long to sanction Bakayoko’s loan move to Milan last summer, though, so a permanent sale is also a very likely possibility if the Italian remains in charge at Chelsea.
