With Manchester United and Aston Villa having moved seven and six points, respectively, ahead of Chelsea in the Premier League table, it looks like the Blues will be playing for the 5th and final Champions League spot as things stand.

Liverpool currently occupy that position, with the Reds just a point above Liam Rosenior‘s side. It is fair to say that neither team is performing particularly well at the moment.
