The winger was stretchered off with a sickening head injury on his full debut just before halftime against Forest.
Derry went down after colliding with Zach Abbott. He was given treatment for 20 minutes on the pitch before being taken to hospital.
The teenager is conscious and talking, while undergoing further medical checks. Concussion protocols dictate that he will not be back in action for a while.

Jamie Gittens
The winger has had several setbacks after initially sustaining a hamstring injury against West Ham in late January.
Gittens has not been seen in full training, and it is not clear when he will be back in contention for first-team games.

Estevao
The Brazilian international suffered a serious hamstring injury during the 1-0 defeat to Manchester United last month.
Estevao has not had surgery as he undegoes more conservative treatments to try and recover in time for the World Cup.
