Head coach Enzo Maresca revealed that the Portuguese international came off against Wolves due to a groin injury.
Neto was a doubt heading into the game, so it was a surprise to see him start. It looks like he has suffered a recurrence, as he has now withdrawn from the Portugal squad as well.

The 23-year-old has not played since the defeat to Manchester United due to his own groin problem.
Maresca has been pretty cautious about providing a comeback date but sources close to the club believe there is a good chance that he will be back on the substitutes bench soon after the international break.
