The goalkeeper underwent minor surgery to fix a groin issue that has hampered him in recent weeks.

Jorgensen last played in the 5-2 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League last 16 first leg.

Rosenior estimates that the Dane will be out for several weeks, but he did not provide a firm date for his comeback.

The winger was going to be back on the substitutes’ bench for the match against Newcastle.

However, Gittens had a setback in the days leading up to the fixture and no further updates on his fitness have been provided.

The 23-year-old could play in an Under-21 fixture against Fulham in Premier League 2 on April 10th.

Colwill has been training with the first team for several weeks following his recovery from an ACL injury.
