Romeo Lavia has had another setback in his return to fitness. The Belgian had been out for several months with a hamstring injury prior to his cameo appearance in the defeat to Arsenal last month.
However, head coach Enzo Maresca confirmed before the Tottenham fixture that the midfielder was set for another spell on the sidelines.
Lavia is believed to have sustained a thigh issue but Maresca has emphasised that he should not be out for as long as Fofana.
A return before the end of April has been pencilled in, although it is very hard to predict what will happen with the 21-year-old due to the succession of problems he has experienced.
