Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca has confirmed that Romeo Lavia should be back for the Blues’ next fixture.
The Belgian international has been sidelined with a hamstring problem since being taken off at half-time during the 4-3 win over Tottenham last month.
However, speaking after the 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace at the weekend, Maresca said that Lavia is close to returning to full fitness:
“Romeo, hopefully, the next game he can be involved.”
