Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson was not risked against Brighton in the FA Cup at the weekend.
The Senegalese international sustained a minor hamstring problem versus West Ham at the start of this month.
Head coach Enzo Maresca has said that it “doesn’t look like” a long-term injury so there is an expectation that Jackson will return to first-team action pretty soon.
The striker is, however, still a doubt for the upcoming league encounter against the Seagulls at the Amex.
