Chelsea Have ‘Joined The List Of Teams’ Pursuing Abde Ezzalzouli

Chelsea are interested in signing Barcelona winger Abde Ezzalzouli, according to Diario de Navarra.

The Spanish publication claims the Blues have “joined a list of teams” keeping tabs on the Moroccan international, who is currently on loan at Osasuna.

It is believed that Graham Potter’s side have already contacted Ezzalzouli’s representatives with a view to making an offer for the forward at the end of the season.

The 21-year-old’s contract at Barca expires in 2026, and manager Xavi is thought to be a fan of the player, but the La Liga club’s finances mean they may cash in next summer.

Considering Chelsea have recently recruited the likes of Noni Madueke, Mykhailo Mudryk and Raheem Sterling to strengthen their options out wide, it would be a surprise if they are looking to snap up another winger.

Ezzalzouli could be seen as one for the future so there is a possibility of signing the Moroccan and then loaning him out for next campaign but we shall see if the Blues do step up their interest.
