Chelsea fans have heaped praise on Victor Moses after his terrific display in the win against 2-1 win against Burnley last night.
The Nigerian played a huge role in opening goal, with his ball across the box being deflected into the Burnley net by defender Kevin Long to gift the Blues the lead.
Antonio Conte’s men were unable to make their dominance pay however, with Alvaro Morata spurring two big chances to extend their lead, and were punished on 64 minutes when Ashley Barnes turned in Jóhann Berg Guðmundsson’s shot.
The host’s joy however was short-lived when Moses went from provider to scorer five minutes later, finding the bottom right corner with a neat finish to seal all three points for Chelsea.
The victory kept alive the Blues’ late surge for a top four finish, taking them to within five points of fourth place Tottenham Hotspur with four games to play.
Burnley’s hopes of European football also remain very much alive, with the Clarets still only two points adrift of sixth placed Arsenal.
Speaking after the win manager Antonio Conte said: “We played a good game against a difficult team because it is not simple to play against Burnley. We played the game very well and the two strikers worked very well.
“They played a fantastic game with and without the ball. The whole team played an intensive game. We deserved to win.”
However rather than the mis-firing Morata or goal-less Giroud, the Chelsea fans think it was one certain full-back that stole the limelight on the night …

That’s a good away win that, some impressive individual performances most notably Moses, Emerson, Cahill, Giroud and an excellent Hazard cameo.
But overall a solid performance, even Bakayoko had a bit of fire in the belly second half!
