Chelsea are tracking Paris Saint Germain midfielders, Idrissa Gueye and Julian Draxler, according to Le10 Sport. The French publication believes both players are being considered ahead of the January transfer window.

It is said that Draxler has been a longer-term target for the Blues, and he could be available with the German having been in and out of the PSG first team this season.

Gueye, on the other hand, only signed from Everton in the summer, but he was brought in by a previous sporting director. The current one, Leonardo, is eyeing moves for a number of midfielders in January and it could lead to him selling off the Senegalese international.

At 30 years of age, though, it would be a surprise if Chelsea were keen on signing the midfielder. In addition, despite PSG’s interest in signing a replacement, manager Thomas Tuchel has consistently picked him in his starting eleven when fit this campaign.
