Chelsea Enter Race To Sign The Next Osimhen Who Could Cost Just £650,000

Chelsea are keeping tabs on Steve Biko FC striker Adama Bojang, according to the Daily Mail.

The 18-year-old starred for Gambia at the Under 20 African Cup of Nations and his performances attracted the attention of the Blues, along with Crystal Palace, Tottenham and Nottingham Forest.

Bojang is yet to be capped at senior level by his country and this is expected to pose a problem when trying to get a visa, so the player would likely be loaned out if he seals a move to Stamford Bridge.

His club are currently demanding just £650,000 for his signature, and it may be wise to make an approach sooner rather than later. Gambia have qualified for the Under 20 World Cup and he will be someone who catches the attention of scouts.

Bojang’s style of play has already been compared to Napoli’s Victor Osimhen and, if Chelsea can secure his services now, it could well turn out to be a bargain.
