Chelsea And PL Rivals Told They Can Sign Eredivisie Star For Just £32.6M As Release Clause Is Revealed

PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Sangare has a €37m (£32.6m) release clause in his contract, according to 90min.com.

The website claims Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham are weighing up moves for the Ivorian international, whose buyout fee will make him an attractive target for plenty of clubs.

Sangare is keen on a move to the Premier League and his agents have already been in contact with potential suitors to make them aware that he is available.

Chelsea are expected to be in the market for another midfielder this summer, even though they broke their transfer record to recruit Enzo Fernandez pretty recently.

N’Golo Kante’s contract expires in June and, while there is confidence that the Frenchman will stay at Stamford Bridge, contingency plans are likely being put in place.

Mateo Kovacic also has just one year remaining on his current deal so, if either player leaves, then Sangare may well be considered as a replacement.
