According to Metro, Portuguese defender, Ricardo Carvalho, who spent most of his career performing for Chelsea, seems to have forgotten how to properly dress himself for the game. Either that or he has been around for so long he just does not care if he has his shirt on backwards. The 35 year old who made 135 appearances for the Blues is currently representing Monaco. The shirt incident occurred during the French side’s recent clash against Montpellier.

In Carvalho’s defense, he was in a hurry to get back on the pitch, unlike Balotelli who was simply outsmarted by a piece of training apparel. Hopefully for Mourinho’s former student, not remembering simple stuff like how the big number on the shirt goes on the back will be the worst situation he will have to deal with this season.

Carvalho still has half of season to go with Monaco and it would be a pity to see such an iconic player, with more than 500 appearances, make the news for amusing incidents rather than for his career achievements.
