Chelsea legend Didier Drogba was clearly delighted that his former club progressed to the Europa League final.
The ex-Blues striker recorded a video of himself celebrating Chelsea’s win on penalties against Eintracht Frankfurt last night:
VAMOOOOOS! @didierdrogba knows… pic.twitter.com/iJT7SgMP3y

Fans on Twitter were enjoying Drogba’s reaction with many asking whether he could put on the shirt for one last time for the final in Baku:
The king of the bridge. Can we sign him just for one game?

Drogba only retired from football at the age of 40 back in November so he probably would still be fit enough to play, but manager Maurizio Sarri will have to rely on the players he currently has at his disposal.
The team clearly lacked energy in the second half and during extra time with Frankfurt’s physicality proving difficult to cope with at times.
However, the Blues showed character, and some inspired keeping during the shootout from Kepa proved decisive.
After the final Premier League game against Leicester on Sunday, they will fly out to the US for a charity match, but they will still have ten days to recover before the final versus Arsenal.
