Brazil star sends Chelsea and Liverpool message amidst rumours of Premier League switch

The agent of Brazil goalkeeper Alisson has insisted he remains unphased by rumours linking him to Chelsea and Liverpool and remains fully focused on the World Cup.

Alisson has enjoyed two brilliant seasons with AS Roma since moving to Italy in 2016, and has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League this season.

Liverpool are on the hunt for a new keeper to replace unconvincing duo Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius, while Chelsea want the Brazilian to replace Thibaut Courtois, who seems destined for Real Madrid.

Reports in Italy now suggest that Chelsea have agreed personal terms with the Brazilian over a £100,000-a-week contract, and will agree a fee – believed to be in the region of €70 million – with Roma in the coming days.

However Alisson’s agent Ze Maria Neis insisted otherwise, saying: “Nothing will happen in the next few days.

“Alisson is 100 per cent focused on the World Cup.”

Alisson and Brazil take on Belgium tonight in Kazan.
