‘Both Past It, Time To Move On’ ‘We Can Get By’ Fans On Twitter Respond As Doubts Emerge Over Future Of Chelsea Pair

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard is making preparations to be without Willian and Pedro, with the pair yet to sign short-term contract extensions, according to reports in England.

The two players currently have deals that expire on June 30th but it was hoped that they would agree to stay for a further month in order to complete the Premier League season.

However, with the June 23rd deadline looming, neither Willian nor Pedro have so far signed on the dotted line, and fans on Twitter are getting frustrated with the situation:

Willian’s stance is more surprising than Pedro’s considering the Brazilian said back in March that he would play for free in order to stay with the Blues for the remaining games.

In contrast, Pedro has been heavily linked with a switch to Roma and with the Spaniard having rarely featured this season, there is a possibility that he could leave at the end of the month.
