Big Offers Expected For Chelsea’s Oscar Next Summer

Jose Mourinho clearly stated his intentions that Oscar is his number one playmaker and will be the first-choice to play behind the striker after agreeing to sell Juan Mata to Manchester United in January. Oscar and Hazard form the crux of the attacking players that Mourinho has at his disposal.

However, Metro is reporting that some of the European clubs are targeting a move for Oscar, who joined the Blues in a £25 million deal from Internacional.

French heavyweights PSG and Moncao have money to burn and will reportedly bid in the region of £40 million for the Brazilian. Chelsea could receive double of what they paid for Oscar if Barcelona come calling and spark a bidding war among all three clubs.

Although it seems unlikely Mourinho will sell Oscar, every player has a price. The 22-year-old has also suffered a loss of form in recent weeks with the physicality of the Premier League certainly taking its toll on Oscar this season.
