Ashley Cole has become one of the hottest players on the transfer market after he announced he will no longer be collaborating with Chelsea. The Blues who failed to meet the defender’s contract expectations will be looking for a replacement as soon as the English international leaves Stamford Bridge. According to the Daily Express, the 33 year old could join his third Premier League club as Liverpool seem keen on making a move for him. Real, Milan and Monaco also look set to place a bid for the left-back who still has two or three good years ahead of him.

Monaco seem to be favorites when it comes to signing Cole who being at the end of his career, will want to cash in. None of the other three clubs circling the English international, have the same financial potency as the French side which seem willing to invest as much as they need to keep up with PSG.

Considering the fact that Cole has won all major European trophies except the Super Cup, he might look to change continent as some MLS clubs are looking to bring in someone of his experience for a lot of money. Beckham’s former club, LA Galaxy could be Cole’s next destination if Monaco fail to meet his expectations. Chelsea will replace the left-back with Atletico’s Felipe Luis who is expected to sign with the Blues after he returns from Brazil.
