51.5M Rated South American Star Visits London Ahead Of Potential Chelsea Transfer

Palmeiras striker Endrick has “travelled” to London to speak with Chelsea as he weighs up whether to join the Blues, according to Marca.

The 16-year-old has also visited Paris, Barcelona and Madrid with the player taking tours of club facilities before he makes a big decision on his future.

Endrick can only move to a European club when he turns 18, which means he does have plenty of time to make his choice, although Palmeiras will also have a say on the matter.

The Brazilian champions are not expected to accept a bid below the teenager’s €60m (£51.5m) release clause so, if Chelsea want to secure the forward’s signature, they will have to pay the full amount upfront.

Marca, however, believe there is one club who will not table an offer. Despite manager Xavi revealing that he has had conversations with Endrick, it is believed Barcelona don’t have the funds to finance the transfer. It means it will be a three-horse race between the Blues, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain.
