Will Falcao Prove FIFA 16 Creators Wrong?

Chelsea fans will be disappointed to find out that one of Diego Costa’s substitute, Radamel Falcao, has lost 5 skill points since last season when FIFA 15 creators placed him along the best players in the world. He dropped from an overall 88 score to 83 and lost a lot of credit by failing to score any important goals last term. According to Metro he is the most downgraded player in the game next to Tolga Zengin from Beskitas. The downgrade is a bit harsh though considering it is hard to put a number on talent. Sure, Falcao might have lost points when it comes to pace but he still has the dribbling and shooting skills he had back in the day.

Falcao is now at the same level he was in FIFA 11. Since then he grew to 86 then 88 and reached his peak in FIFA 14 when he had a score of 90. The good news for FIFA fans and especially for Chelsea fans is that currently, the Blues have one of the most promising teams in the game. Hazard who got a 1-point upgrade to 89 will easily grow to 90 after one season and will reach the same level as Ronaldo and Messi if you play him 2-3 seasons. Diego Costa has a rating of 86 and is also going to grow if played constantly. Overall, Falcao is one of three important players who got downgraded this year with Ivanovic and Ramires going down one point each. Here is a list of changes performed on Chelsea’s key players in comparison with last year’s stats.
