Roma Comes Up With Weak Offer For Salah

Chelsea have received the first offer for Mohamed Salah who has one foot out the door after failing to adapt to Premier League football. The 22 year old who made a handful of appearances since moving to Stamford Bridge, is expected to leave very soon as Mourinho is looking to get rid of some extra financial responsibilities. Salah, who will be 23 this summer, is under contract with Chelsea until 2019 but is probably going to wrap things up a lot faster. According to the Evening Standard, Roma could be his next destination. It could be a problem with the loan move considering the fact that the Italian side have only come up with a £380,000 offer.

Salah has decreased in value a lot since he came to Chelsea mostly because he was not featured in so many games. Even so, it is very possible that Roma will pay £10.7million at the end of the loan deal which is supposed to last for 18 months. The Blues have a lot of options to replace Salah and also need the money to sign one or two new players. The Egyptian international is probably going to join Schurrle on the next train out of London as the German is also packing his bags. Both players have had a difficult time adapting and both cost the club a lot of money. Selling them should not be hard though as they are still seen as two of the most promising players on the market.
