Even though Chelsea recently secured Hazard’s services for the next 5 years, they might still want to keep the Belgian happy and comfortable as PSG plan on making a huge transfer offer this summer. Right before the Champions League clash between the two sides, rumors that the French club is lining up for a massive bid spread on the internet. Even though in some way it was just a tactic destined to influence Hazard’s game, there is still a slight possibility a record deal will be made at the end of this season. According to the Daily Star, PSG’s management are not the only ones thinking about signing Hazard. Thiago Silva and several other players are dreaming of performing next to the Belgian who is turning into one of the best players in the world, right up there with Ronaldo and Messi.

It is possible that PSG’s tactics may have had some impact on the Belgian winger who was not on top of his game during the Champion League clash. He was not able to influence the game that much and was blunted by the Frenchmen on most occasions. One thing is for sure though: Hazard would be very welcome in Paris and could leave a huge gap in Chelsea’s attack. After being last year’s top scorer for the Blues, he is now one of the key players in Mourinho’s front line. Hopefully Chelsea’s new deal, signed in January is bullet proof and also hopefully Hazard is happy with the club.
