Chelsea’s Portuguese boss genuinely cares about the club and about his players. He is attracting attention to him and what is even more interesting is that he is doing so in a good way. If a while back getting commented on by other managers would have gotten Mourinho very aggressive in his declarations, now things are different. The 52-year-old is calm, calculated and very confident he is the man for the job. According to the Guardian, receiving the full support of the club’s owner, got Mourinho to not only hold back but also reply in style to the former Italian international who suggested that the Special one is not capable of holding a team for more than 2 years in a row. Capello referred mostly to the fact that all the players who perform under the former Champions League winner have a drop in form after 2-3 years which is due to Mourinho’s coaching style.
