Egypt international, Mohamed Salah has failed to hold down a regular spot in Jose Mourinho’s first-team and is being linked with a move away from the club in the upcoming transfer window. Salah joined Chelsea only last January in a £11 million deal from Basel but the Blues are ready to offload the pacey winger within a year.

Mourinho initially wanted to send the 22-year-old out on loan in England to get acclimatised to the rigours of the Premier League, but talkSPORT is reporting that he could be sold permanently to Milan in January.

The report states that the Serie A side have begun discussions with the Blues over a possible transfer next month. Piero Ausilio, Inter’s Sporting Director, has reportedly held talks with Salah’s agent and a loan move with the option for a permanent transfer looks in the offing.
