Hazard Set To Sign New Deal With Chelsea

Chelsea receive good news ahead of the winter transfer period. According to Metro, Hazard will be extending his stay at Stamford Bridge after a new contract has been discussed. Mourinho has always been an admirer of the Belgian star who has grown exponentially over the past seasons. He is now considered close to getting on the same level with Messi and Ronaldo who most say, are in a league of their own. Despite being under contract until 2017, Hazard will be receiving an extension. The 23 year old who has had some incredible performances since 2012 when first joining the club, is continuing to impress and become even better. With Costa and Fabregas around, he is able to focus entirely on his duties which will probably turn him into one of the best, if not the best winger in the world.

Hazard, who is most likely the most capable of competing with players like Ronaldo and Messi, was rumored to be offered a massive deal by PSG. The French side look desperate to sign him despite having an impressive lot as well. Even so, it appears that all the money in the world will be no good during Mourinho’s management. To be fair, it is very unlikely that any manager would agree to let Hazard go, regardless of the money involved. Chelsea are very stable financially and focusing on winning trophies is their most important job.
