Hazard Happy With Chelsea’s Transfer Campaign

Eden Hazard who was Chelsea’s top scorer for last season, looks very pleased with the fact that someone else is now assigned with finding the net. The Belgian international was unhappy with the fact that last year the Blues lacked firepower and that he was the one taking on the responsibility of scoring. According to the Daily Mail, bringing in Fabregas is also something Hazard looked forward to. The Spaniard is a skilled passer who can help the Belgian winger showcase his speed and incredible dribbling abilities.

Diego Costa has already started scoring for Chelsea. All that Hazard needs to do now is provide precise assists in order to help Atletico’s former striker score as many goals as possible. Fabregas has also adapted very quickly to the Blues’ new playing style.

Hazard will surely thrive now that some pressure was taken off of his shoulders. Last season, he had to go out of his way to provide assists, score and also come down the center and help the midfielders. Things got so tense a few months back that there even were rumors suggesting Hazard could leave due to Chelsea’s playing style.

The 23 year old Belgian is prepared to improve both his stats and his quality as a player. There is no reason for him not to finally reach his full potential which should allow him to compete with Ronaldo and Messi for the title given to the best footballer in the world.
