Correa is just 20 years of age and plays as an attacking midfielder for current club Estudiantes. He has been a regular at the club over the past two years and made his debut at the age of 17.

The Argentinian is available for transfer with Daily Mail reporting that a number of clubs have registered an interest in him. Apart from the Blues, Manchester City are also interested in his services. Benfica even had an offer refused by Estudiantes last month.

Chelsea continues to target the world’s best youngsters and the addition of Correa could be a shrewd signing.
