There have been lots of rumours circulating around a teenager from Norway named Martin Odegaard. The 15-year-old is supposedly the next big thing in world football and is being monitored by Chelsea, along with other top Premier League clubs and European sides.

The attacking midfielder became Norway’s youngest ever player when he made his international debut earlier this year. He is also tipped to depart current club Stromsgodset, of the Norwegian Premier League, at the end of the season.

Odegaard will turn 16 next month which will allow him to sign a professional deal. However, Chelsea look to be beaten by Real Madrid to Odegaard’s signature with the Express reporting that the Champions League holders have offered him a contract.
